Andrew Alli, a Trustee of the African Gifted Foundation, is the Nigerian President/CEO of the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC). Established in 2007 and with a US$1 Billion capital base, AFC is a private sector-led investment bank and development finance institution, head-quartered in Lagos, created to help mobilise and channel required capital towards driving Africa’s economic development.
Before joining AFC, Andrew was Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Travant Capital, a private equity fund based in Nigeria, and Country Manager for bothNigeria and Southern Africa for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector financing arm of the World Bank Group.
