Finance and Administration Manager: 

The African Science Academy (a Pan-African, all-girls Science pre-University school) based in Tema, Ghana is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional individual for the role of Finance and Administration Manager. The role will require you to undertake responsibility for the day to day organisation, management and supervision of the administration functions of the school including Finance, HR and Facility Management. We are looking for someone with finance experience. As the school is run by a charity (African Gifted Foundation Ghana) and all girls are on scholarships, it would be desirable for the post holder to be familiar with fundraising and managing resources. The individual should have experience working or volunteering in Africa and an interest in girls education.

Physics Teacher:

We are looking for an experience Physics International A-Level or International Baccalaureate teacher, willing to take on the challenge of teaching CIE A-Level Physics and Mechanics to a group of gifted young women from across Africa, who complete the two year course in an intensive 10 month period.

Hostel Guardian:

We are looking for an individual to care for our students outside of school hours and on weekends. The hostel guardian is required to work in the evenings and on weekends and lives at school where they are responsible for the safeguarding, welfare and security of the students and organise extra-curricular and weekend activities.
