Frank Russell

Frank Russell, Trustee of the African Gifted Foundation, is Director of Centre for African Development Research and Education (CADRE), a charity registered NGO created in 2001, which focuses on capacity building, education and research projects in Africa. He has a Masters degree in Development Studies.

Frank has been involved in African affairs for over 25 years and has advised on projects for the International Department of the Labour Party, Amnesty International and advised various members of Parliament.

As a member of the Royal Institute for International Affairs, Chatham House, Frank has a keen interest in international affairs and its impact on African development.
